Guarantee
  • All items are guaranteed as authentic. Any item found not as described should be returned in seven days.
Ordering Information
  • Orders may be placed by mail, telephone, fax or e-mail. Please check with us for availability.
  • When placing an order please ensure you indicate the item number and price.
  • All items will be insured and sent the safest and most efficient way: this in most cases will be by courier. The list price does not include the postage charge. Each item will be weighed and insured and details of these charges will be given on request.
  • It is company policy to await payment before delivery. Institutions and established accounts will be billed upon request.
  • Payment can be made in advance by a sterling cheque payable to Lisa Cox Music; via Visa or Mastercard; or by draft drawn only on a London bank: the cheque must show a British address.
  • Overseas purchasers wishing to pay by wire transfer will be provided with information so that payment can be wired directly to our bank accounts.
  • Invoices for customers in the U.S.A. will show dollar equivalents for totals due. Those wishing to pay in dollars will be requested to add $15 to help cover currency conversion charges. Charges over $5000 will be dealt with on an individual basis.
VAT
  • VAT at 17.5% has to be added to loose prints, photographs and autograph letters for all British and EU customers.
  • Continental EU customers registered for VAT should submit their registration numbers with their order to avoid this charge. Our VAT number is 631 4239 64.
